Baseball Cats off to good start in crucial series
It's always good to get off to a good start.
John Cohen's Cats did exactly that last night, outlasting host Tennessee 5-3 in the opening game of a crucial three-game SEC baseball series pitting the two teams tied for the final berth in the SEC Tournament.
Power magnate Collin Cowgill hit his 17th home run of the season. Sawyer Carroll launched his 13th dinger. Chris Rusin allowed just one earned run in 7 2/3 innings.
